The production - An overview of the LUX ELEMENTS product lines

From the basic material ELEMENT is formed as a universally applicable construction panel as well as a wide range of prefabricated system building kits.

    Special production methods make it possible to cut round shapes and walls. We will make individual items to your instructions or as mass production.<br><br>  
The polystyrene hard-foam
   Cutting the construction panel in various thicknesses.<br><br>    
  Mortar is used in two layers for coating the panel: a contact layer of mortar and a coating layer of mortar.   During coating the glass-fibre fabric for reinforcement is applied between the contact mortar layer and the coating mortar layer.  
                   
The straight, pre-slit and fleece-backed construction panel   Prefabricated cladding elements available as straight and curved elements suitable for vertical and horizontal claddings in corners or on straight surfaces.   LAVADO are washstands for individual tiling. All washstands are suitable for the use of customary fitted or top-mounted basins.   Flush with the floor shower bases   Bath tub, cabins & relaxation loungers, partition walls and building kits for shower design variants   MODUL are rectangular steam room constructions in firmly defined dimensional gradations with four roof and six seat variants. The cabins are delivered, including door, as a kit.

Ready for tiling, suitable for all installation situations.               DECO are decorative elements of hard foam support material with which products of LUX ELEMENTS as well as rooms, walls, corners etc. can be equipped, cladded or supplemented.   Individual concepts and prefabricated elements for health resorts and leisure facilities. We produce solutions according to customer specifications or develop our own customer or project-specific solutions. Including wet areas. These can be individual or serial productions.

LUX ELEMENTS® - The system components

The proven and tested system components are fully adapted to the installation of our hard foam support elements. Specially developed adhesives and mortar, sealing tapes, mounting angles and dowels ensure trouble-free working.

  LUX-ELEMENTS-FIX are fastening sets/aids and dowels for LUX-ELEMENTS hard foam support elements.   LUX ELEMENTS-COL are adhesives for attaching, laying, bonding, gluing and mounting of LUX ELEMENTS hard foam support elements.   LUX ELEMENTS-DRY are sealing tapes, films and fillers for producing waterproof substrates.   LUX ELEMENTS-ARM are reinforcement fabrics, anti-tear tapes and edge insulation strips for board joints, transitions, surfaces and corners in various widths.   LUX ELEMENTS-MONT for screwing or for using adhesive help in connecting LUX ELEMENTS hard foam support elements one to another or to walls and floors.
